Politics on the Rocks will be raising money for Arizona Right to Life. Although this is a free event, if you choose to partake in the $15 Wine Tasting Event (includes 3 glasses of the wines listed below), $5 of the proceeds from each wine tasting purchased will be given to Arizona Right to Life. Of course you can choose to pay more than $15 and donate additional money.

Here are the wines being served during the Charity Wine Tasting Event:

2007 Tunnel of Elms Chardonnay

Dry, medium intensity white wine. Highlights of bright citrus and tropical fruit flavors are held together with a rich creamy core.

2003 Truchard Cabernet Franc

Aromas of black pepper, bell peppers and paprika. About 7% of Cabernet Sauvignon delivers an additional component of fruit and cassis. All in all the wine is balanced, succulent and very food-friendly.

2007 Tunnel of Elms Cabernet Sauvignon

Dry, full intensity red wine. Ripe black fruit and sweet plum flavors with a hint of basil and black pepper.

Also, one of our members, Fernando Morales, owner of My Cigar Roller.com will have one of his cigar rollers demonstrating the delicate and demanding art of crafting handmade cigars. You will enjoy a variety of cigars in different shapes, sizes and strength (mild, medium and full bodied) featuring the always acclaimed ¨barpole cigar.¨ The price will be $20 for two cigars and $5 will be donated to Arizona Right to Life.
